Many will remember the wonderful summer concerts at the Remick Bandshell on Belle Isle performed by the legendary Detroit Concert Band, under the direction of Leonard B. Smith. The members of the Music On Belle Isle Group (MOBIG) are dedicated to returning that summer concert tradition to Belle Isle and to promoting the restoration of the Remick Bandshell.
